What data we process
We process the data you submit through the contact form: name, company, business email address, optional telephone number, selected area of interest and the content of your message. We also process technical data necessary to serve the website securely.
Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a business relationship follows, for the performance of or preparation for a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting and limitation rules.
Recipients
Enquiries are stored in our managed database. Once branded email delivery is activated, a copy will also be sent to info@fluxoraenergy.com and an automatic confirmation to the address provided. Hosting, database and email-delivery providers process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area without an appropriate legal basis.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
